All of my friends hate Rudy

because they’re butt hurt about Nathan and think he’s replacing Nathan.

He is nothing like Nathan except that he’s also a comedic character.

I have to say, I’m so glad that I’ve seen love for Rudy on here and no one has been said anything about how he isn’t Nathan. That’s very mature of you guys to let it go.

The thing that sets Rudy apart from Nathan is the fact that he’s actually three-dimensional. I loved Nathan to no end because he was fucking hilarious. He was also probably the most charming douchebag I had ever seen on television. However, I never expected much from him in terms of character development. He was just a good-looking manboy with an overblown ego, a ravenous sexual appetite, and a penchant for being vulgar as hell. He was nice when he wanted to be– which was always well-appreciated– but genuine character development never sprouted from these several occasions.

Admittedly, Rudy shares almost all of these qualities with Nathan. However, he doesn’t have that same Nathanesque charm– and that’s just fine with me. I feel like Rudy is a much more endearing character who can be sympathized with. With his two personalities, you can definitely see that his outrageous humor is just a layer over some serious insecurities. And they’ve definitely been playing on that angle with each episode.

I loved Nathan, but we should all make way for Rudy because he’s fucking awesome, too.

Thank you Kayla!!!! That’s exactly how I feel. This is probably out of topic but I really don’t like where this season is going. They barely use their new powers and I feel like there are so many plot holes. But i’m still a fan so i’ll still continue to watch. It’s just so hard!
